ALBA - METAL

The Czech family-owned company ALBA – METAL has been busy in the metalworking sector since 1992. We currently employ almost 200 people. Our company is located in the village of Ladná in the Břeclav District, which lies near the Czech Republic’s borders with Slovakia and Austria. The company’s premises have a total area of 70,000 m², almost 8,000 m² of which are roofed production and storage areas. Our primary focus is shaped wire processing for the automotive industry. These wire reinforcements are mainly used in car seats, but also appear in other car parts such as pedals, rods, and hooks. Our products can be found in the vehicles of famous brands, e.g. BMW, Rolls-Royce, Tesla, Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche.

Our clients benefit enormously from our technology department, which is fully devoted to processing their requirements. Based on these requirements, our technologists and design engineers are able to design and construct anything from basic metal parts to more complex ones, such as jigs for robot welding. Our services include the machining of magnetic metals, nonmagnetic metals, plastics, and other materials (CNC milling, turning), as well as MIG/MAG and TIG welding. Production stability requirements are handled by our team of experts from the department of quality control and metrology. We are, of course, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 certified.
